Fundraising Goals

Our primary fundraising objective is to raise $100,000 over a 3-year period. These funds will support various initiatives aimed at supporting survivors, raising awareness, and advocating for change.

Awareness Campaigns

Through targeted awareness campaigns, we aim to shed light on the prevalence and impact of gender-based violence, encouraging survivors to seek help and fostering a community of support and solidarity.

Advocacy for Mandatory Trauma-Informed Training

Launch a petition advocating for implementation of mandatory trauma-informed training for professionals across various sectors such as healthcare, education, law enforcement, and social work.

This training will equip professionals with the knowledge, skills, and sensitivity needed to provide effective and compassionate care to survivors of gender-based violence.

Trauma-Informed Education & Community Care

Prevention of violence against women and girls through trauma informed eudcation training and responsive community care: Addressing safety with a particular focus on equipping community support providers, healthcare, and education institutions with the necessary skills to recognize and respond to signs of violence.

Empowerment Opportunities

We offer empowerment opportunities, including peer learning, leadership development, and access to resources, to marginalized women and girls through our HHR-SEL(F) programming empowering them to break free from cycles of violence and dependence.

By addressing social emotional learning opportunities through mentorship, entrepreneurship, and leadership, we aim to foster resilience, confidence, and self-advocacy among survivors.

Strengthening pathways into employment for women graduates: This initiative contributes to gender equality by addressing systemic barriers that limit women’s access to economic opportunities.
